Fine Pulverisers

Pulverizes are machines that reduce the size of materials through grinding and crushing to medium, fine or ultra-fine size.

In Plastic Industry, there is a need of Plastic Powder for Various processes. Usually Plastic is available in granules form and to convert these granules in to Powder, a Pulverize is used.

There could be different types of Pulverize like Hammer Mill, Impact, and Granulator etc. UNITED manufactures Granulator Single Mill type Pulverize where in Plastic is smashed between two disks, thus its size reduces.
Plastic Granules are fed into Mil system thru Hopper, where it is crushed in between two Disks, thus minced to Powder form which is passed thru screening system to get desired size of Powder. Screen also serves as separator to separate Coarser powder for re-feeding in to Mill via a closed loop system & recycle.
